2010 Region 2 TOC Information
September 18th thru the 19th, 2010 Lake Mead!!
Region #2 TOC anglers will be fishing for
the first place prize of a Legend Boat/Mercury Motor package for the first
place team and a Mercury Motor for the second place team. 3rd place and
beyond will be fishing for option money which will be paid back 100%

A National Park Service permit is required to enter the Lake Mead National
Park. Cost is $5 per day and may be purchased at the gate at time of
entrance.

Rates: Wed-Thu $29.00, Fri - Sat $59.00, Sun $29.00.
Charging is available on a first come, first serve basis as front area of
parking lot has outlets on light standards. Arrangements have been made
with the hotel for additional security during the tournament evening
hours.
Registration - Friday afternoon 2:00 to 5:00 pm. All tournament
registrations will be taken on site and all options will be paid for CASH
ONLY (no checks please) so we can pay out cash to our participants

IMPORTANT! - All anglers MUST CHECK IN prior to 5:00pm on Friday Evening
to avoid penalties. Teams who are late for the check-in will be assessed a
2 pound penalty unless prior arrangements have been made with the
tournament director
Mandatory Friday evening partner paring meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.
Event Options
Options for the 2010 Region #2 TOC event are as follows:
It has come to my attention after speaking with the former region #2 VP
Vern Price that anglers have voted for and fished with the following
options for the past four years. Bearing this in mind, we will continue
along these same lines (with a few minor modifications) for this year's
TOC:
$200 Option - This option will be paid back to the 3rd place team and
beyond on a 1-5 payback based upon the number of boats in attendance.
Teams will only receive cash if they participate in this option.
$50 Big Bass Option Pot is equally divided to pay back the top big bass
of each day on Saturday and Sunday.
There will be a mandatory $5 live release boat fee paid by each team for
this event. This is a small price to pay to not have to load your fish
back up in the boat and motor them outside the tire reefs two days in a
row...
Off Limits
There is no off limits period prior to the U.S. Angler's Choice Region #2
Team Championship event. However, the official practice period will
commence at 5:00am on Thursday September 16th and continue until 3:00pm on
Friday, September 17th. All USAC Pro Teams rules will be in place during
this time. Off limits will include all areas denoted in USAC rule #13 and
areas delineated by the tournament director during the partner parings
meeting.

Additional Information:
All participants must possess a valid Nevada or Arizona Fishing license
with the appropriate Colorado River Stamps covering Lake Mead
All participants must be a current Angler's Choice member in good
standing.
5 fish limit per team; 13 inch minimum measured with mouth closed on a
flat board with tail compressed.
Weigh-in will be conducted on the Callville Bay marina docks at the
snack bar.
Awards ceremony will be held as soon as possible on Sunday afternoon
under the white tent in the upper parking lot adjacent to the Callville
Bay Lounge.
