Results

Angler's Choice held the fourth event of a seven event series at Wappapello Lake. As with the previous events the lake was hit with stormy weather and heavy rains leading up to tournament day. Although the fishing was somewhat tough there were still several limits brought to the scales.

The first place team of Terry Holmes and Terry Young from Jackson, Missouri ran up the river and fished a mix bag of baits including jigs, crank baits, spinner baits and plastics. They didn't lose a single fish during the day and brought five quality fish to the scales that weighed 16.02lbs. The team earned checks totaling $1,015.00 for the day on the water and would like to thank their sponsors, Cape Janitorial and Ellis Batteries. Great Job Guy's!!

Second place goes to the team of Gale Breckenridge from Paragould, Arkansas and Roy Griffey of Dexter, Missouri. They were only able to bring three fish to the scales but they were three nice ones, tipping the scales at 12.35lbs. The bag also included the big bass of the day weighing 5.35lbs. The team's fish were caught on a new Southern pro flipping tube on channel banks. The team takes home checks totaling $650.00 for the day and would like to thank their sponsor Southern Pro Lures.

Third place goes to the team of Bob Rushin and Billy Rushin from Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The team used spooks and ten-inch worms to catch eight keeper fish during the day with their best five seeing the scales reach 10.01lbs. The team earned the first place out of the money check for $100.00 courtesy of Foothills Marine and would like to thank their sponsors: Bass Cat Boats, Bob Rushin Automotive and Foothills Marine.
